When will my monthly letters arrive?
All letters are mailed in the beginning of each month. You can expect to get the letter before the middle of the month.
For international customers, a bit more patience might be needed.
What if I don't receive my letter?
The letters are sent all over the world from Finland. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. However, if you find yourself waiting for too long and the letter is clearly lost in the transport, just get in touch and we're happy to send you another!
What age groups are the letters designed for?
All ages will find Letters from Fileas full of curiosities! The letters are designed especially to improve children's reading comprehension skills and to increase their general knowledge.
Also, by reading texts in a foreign language, vocabulary and language skills improve.
Do you mail letters internationally?
Yes. Since the letters are mailed from Finland, the only differences are a slightly higher postage price and longer delivery times.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can. To pause or cancel your subscription, find the link in the mail titled "Your subscription was accepted" or within your account details when logged in.
