All letters are mailed in the beginning of each month. You can expect to get the letter before the middle of the month.

For international customers, a bit more patience might be needed.

The letters are sent all over the world from Finland. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. However, if you find yourself waiting for too long and the letter is clearly lost in the transport, just get in touch and we're happy to send you another!

Yes. Since the letters are mailed from Finland, the only differences are a slightly higher postage price and longer delivery times.
